As Senior Leasing Director for both Symmetry Salon Studios & MODA Salon Studios, as well as running her own business as a Stylist at the Symmetry Rockville location, Nancy’s 25 year+ journey in the beauty industry evolved in 2015 when she joined Symmetry. Starting out as the Site Partner for Symmetry Rockville, Nancy quickly learned that she wanted to share her success with other beauty professionals. Promoted into the role of Leasing Director, Nancy has shared her passion for Symmetry’s premier salon studio experience and enjoys the ability to help build the culture at each location. “I couldn’t do this without the help of the entire Symmetry team that is here to help new owners get started on their journey. Helping to build that culture at each location, driving the unique experience by placing beauty professionals, meeting with and helping to guide those individuals has allowed Symmetry to create an environment that sees longevity for the businesses that join our community.”
