Shampooing hair in my grandfather’s salon as a teenager was the start of me becoming a third generation hair dresser. At the age of 27, I joined our successful family salon business which led me to opening two of my own salon and day spas in the DC metro area. I have spent many years in advance education with Toni and Guy and Vidal Sassoon in London, as well as an educator and international platform artist with Keratin Complex. I moved to the studio rental option when I desired more control and flexibility. After finding Symmetry six years ago, I felt this was an offer for a better work environment and to join a team who deeply cares. The transition from employee to salon owner can be a scary one, but with our community, we work through it together as a team. We take great pride in helping new salon owners flourish.
