I have been with Symmetry for nearly one year, working as Site Manager. Being able to work for a company with great core values and upholds those values has been amazing.
As a recent graduate of cosmetology school, I was confused about what route to take. I have learned that I enjoy being behind the chair as well as the administrative side. Working here has helped me realize that I can do both if I wanted to. I have learned a lot about the salon studio business, as well as what it means to be a salon owner. I look forward to my growth within the company.
